	Epic Lindmont apartments, located at 639 Lindbergh Way in Atlanta, held a Fashion Show Friday night, June 3, 2005. Twenty models showed off the latest designs from Banana Republic, Club Monaco, Six Figures and from local resident designers, Cube Apparel and All Eyes on You. Kerwin Superville, Leasing Agent at Epic Lindmont, organized the event, who in his "free" time is co-owner of a modeling and events agency. March 5, 2004 – Epic Brookside apartments, located on Riverdale Road in Clayton County, will hold its annual day of kite-flying on Saturday, March 20 at 11 a.m.  Residents and people from the surrounding community are invited to share in this fun day.

March 15, 2004 -- Epic Lindmont, the original retro-style townhome on Lindbergh Way in midtown, is hosting a photo exhibit by Myron McGhee, Atlanta-based photographer and musician, beginning today through April 16, 2004. An Artist’s Reception will be held on Friday, April 16 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., featuring live music and refreshments, in the newly renovated Leasing Center. During the reception, McGhee’s photography will be available to purchase, and he will also perform songs from his CD, “between”, released in 2002. The event is free and open to the public.

March 5, 2004 – Epic Manor Townhomes is hosting its annual Crime Prevention Seminar on Thursday, March 18 at 7 p.m.  A representative from the Smyrna Police Department, Clark Pino, will discuss safety.

February 25, 2004 -- Epic Lindmont, Lindbergh’s Retro apartment community on Lindbergh Way in midtown, will turn its field into a Petting Zoo for the day on Saturday, March 13, starting at 1 p.m.

January 29, 2004 – Epic Lindmont, “Buckhead’s Best Townhome” community on Lindbergh Way in Buckhead, is hosting Valentine’s Day fun with cookie decorating for children of all ages.  The activities will begin at 3 p.m. (until 6 p.m.) on Friday, February 13, 2004.  This community-wide event is free and will be held in the Epic Lindmont Community Center at 2356-B Adina Drive.

January 29, 2004 – Epic Brookside, located on Riverdale Road in Clayton County, is hosting “The Dating Game” in its clubhouse on Saturday, February 14.  Valentine’s Day activities begin at 7 p.m. with “The Dating Game” for all singles, followed by refreshments and fun for singles and couples.

December 19, 2003 – Epic Residential Communities, managed by EpiCity, a premiere provider of personal and professional real estate services, may not have found the cure for the common cold and flu this season, however the communities are making their residents feel quite a bit better again this flu season. Epic Residential’s “Chicken Soup Club” is a community service program offered by the staff, just in time for flu season.

December 17, 2003 – Epic Residential Communities, managed by EpiCity, is sponsoring a children’s essay contest titled “What Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Means to Me,” celebrating the national day of recognition in his honor. Students of all ages are eligible to participate in the essay contest.

December 1, 2003 – Epic Lindmont, “Buckhead’s Best Townhome” community on Lindbergh Way in Buckhead, partners with the Latin American Association to deliver informational and educational programs to the community. holidays during the week of December 1 – 6. All children are encouraged to donate a toy or can of food to the Salvation Army to help those in need. In return, the kids are invited all week to trim the tree at the Leasing Center at Epic Gardens. On-hand will be all the materials needed to create an ornament, and each child will receive a stocking stuffer.

October 28, 2003 - Epic Manor Townhomes is sponsoring Breakfast on the Go on November 11 (Veteran's Day) to honor the veterans and also show appreciation to its community. A special invitation is extended to the men and women at nearby Dobbins Air Force Base.



October 20, 2003 – Epic Gardens Apartments in Brookhaven is holding a food drive beginning November 1, with all items to be donated to the Salvation Army. Everyone in the community is invited to bring in non-perishable items to Epic Gardens’ Leasing Office located at 3460-B Buford Highway in Atlanta through November 24.

October 10, 2003 – Epic Manor Townhomes is inviting all children in the community to stop by the Leasing Center, located at 3366 Atlanta Road in Smyrna, for some pre-trick-or-treating goodies on October 31 at 7 p.m. Children should come in costume, as special treats will be awarded for best costumes. All children will receive cookies and treat bags.

October 10, 2003 – Epic Brookside apartments, located on Riverdale Road in Clayton County, will hold its Annual Haunted House and Masquerade Ball on Saturday, October 25, beginning at 6 p.m.
 

October 3, 2003 – Epic Gardens Apartments in Brookhaven is having a “Create a Pumpkin” party for kids of all ages on Saturday, October 18 at 10 a.m.  All kids are invited to join Epic Gardens’ staff in its Leasing Center at 3460-B1 Buford Highway in Atlanta to design and decorate a pumpkin.  Treat bags will be given out to all in attendance.

September 5, 2003 – Epic Brookside apartments, located on Riverdale Road in Clayton County, will hold its Annual Health Fair on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. There will be activities for the whole family and the fair is free and open to the public.

August 22, 2003 – Epic Manor Townhomes, located on Atlanta Road in Smyrna, will host a Story Telling Hour on September 6, 2003, at 1 p.m. Everyone should meet in the leasing center. Julie Chalpan, author of The Adventures of Little Fat Rat (www.LittleFatRat.com), will be on hand for an afternoon of milk, cookies, story time, and coloring.

August 19, 2003– Epic Gardens Apartments in Brookhaven is having a Back to School Coloring Contest beginning September 1, 2003.  All kids who like to color should come by the leasing center to pick up the coloring page and turn in their masterpiece by September 18.  Winners will be announced on September 19 at 4 p.m. in the leasing center, with a gathering filled with prizes, including family movie passes and Toys R Us gift certificates, and refreshments.  All drawings will be displayed in the office through October.

August 13, 2003 – Epic Brookside apartment homes, located on Riverdale Road in Clayton County, is celebrating the end of summer with a pool closing party on Saturday, August 30 at 2 p.m. 

July 16, 2003 – Epic Lindmont, a townhome community on Lindbergh Way in Buckhead, is holding its second Story Telling Hour of the summer at 11 a.m. on August 2, 2003. The event will be held in the Epic Lindmont Community Center at 2356-B Adina Drive.  Spanish Version
