started and where we are going - The EpiCity Story |

 When
the grandparents of the current ownership founded the company in 1935,
they did so on a strong foundation -- a foundation of
values. Davis Lee, or “DL” as he was affectionately known, moved to Atlanta
from South Georgia and entered into the commercial real estate business
where he soon met his wife-to-be Florence. Following World War
II they saw a great need for housing, especially for young families, and began
to fulfill the need by building throughout the city including Lindmont Apartments at what is now Lindbergh
Center, the gateway to Buckhead. Since then, EpiCity Real Estate Services
has seen many changes, however, the same values, and even the Epic Lindmont Apartments still exist today.
